It is a labour of love for the owners who want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. At breakfast you will be able to enjoy a variety of Norman specialities and in some properties a table d'hôtes is also available, when you will either share a meal with the family or enjoy a gastronomic dinner. An experience not to be missed, but do make sure you book in advance !
Bed and Breakfast accommodation is set in privately- owned French homes and run by families who will welcome you as friends of the family and be pleased to help you get to know their region. You can choose to stay for one night or more nights in a quiet relaxing setting, with no more than 5 bedrooms.
A copious breakfast is always included in the price of a overnight stay and will give you the chance to taste the various local specialities. Depending on your hostess's culinary inspiration, there will be a choice of home-made jams, fresh farmhouse bread, Viennese or home-baked pastries, cheese and dairy products or local charcuterie. An ideal way to start the day, in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

It is best to book in advance so that an agreement can be drawn up. To book your bed and breakfast, you should contact directly by mail, or by phone the owner of your selected property, or the booking service mentioned.

Table d'Hôtes
Some owners offer you the chance to have dinner with theim and their family. The tables d'hôtes is a very flexible arrangement whereby you can opt for one meal nly, or full board. Don't miss the opportunity and think of booking !
Prices for the "tables d'hôtes” (the evening meal) are mentioned per person and are not include in the price per night. They are given as a guideline only.
If your hosts do not provide table d'hôtes meals, they will be able to recommended the addresses of the best local restaurants where you can discover the regional or traditional french cooking.
Comfort
All our guest houses are regularly classified and visited. The classification in ears indicates the degree of comfort and the services offered.

- 1 Ear of corn : Basic rooms
- 2 Ears of corn : Comfortable rooms, with - at the very least- a private shower room or bathroom.
- 3 Ears of corn : High level of comfort, each room has a fully fitted private bathroom with shower or bath, wash basin and wc.
- 4 Ears of corn : Exceptional level of comfort, each room has its own private bathroom in residence with character, in outstanding settings.
